During that time the world of Cloud has changed and very often our customers will have a blend
of on-premise and Cloud based data. Redinet Hosted Services mean that you can run your own private server,
fully managed, utilising the enterprise class SSD Redinet use as standard, with the choice to have direct pipes from our infrastructure into your offices. Redinet complies with the latest ISO27001:2013 accreditation so you know everything we do, every process in our business, is geared to maintaining the security and integrity of your data.

Public Cloud

As a Microsoft Cloud Silver Partner, we work with Microsoft Azure to provide you with the ability to have scale and reach within your server environment.  You’ll only pay for what you need on a subscription basis, and Redinet will assisting with the implementation and migration of your services and infrastructure with ongoing management and support. Redinet also have experience working with other public cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services – we’re confident that we can help support your set up, no matter the provider.

Hosted Email

Email availability is commonly one of the top IT priorities for businesses – without email, you could face major disruption. Our hosted Exchange uses Microsoft architecture to ensure that your email is always on. Redinet’s own hosted email service is protected at the front end by our industry leading email filtering, Mimecast. For customers requiring the flexibility of a dedicated email solution we also build specific hosted Exchange architectures which can be co-managed by Redinet and your in-house IT team.

Hosted Applications

Hosted applications allow you to not only reduce your o-premise IT hardware and costs, but also allow you to work anytime, anywhere. Our hosted solutions mean that you are no longer tied to working from one location; allowing you and your staff the flexibility to work on the go. Get your business back in hours, not in days.

Use Redinet as your always on disaster recovery site. Redinet can design, implement and test a solution that keeps you working if disaster strikes.  These services can range from:

• Simply holding copies of backups ready to restore.
• Real-time virtual co-location and replica servers ready to switch on.
• Proactive monitoring of your systems to reduce the risk
• IT infrastructure and data protection via cloud-based replication, backup and recovery
• Using Redinet as a disaster recovery target is usually much more economically viable than building your own DR site.  There are multiple options to achieve these services and our dedicated sales staff will be more than happy to discuss in length all possibilities.

Billing

At Redinet, we work closely with Microsoft as a Silver Cloud Platform Partner and Cloud Services Partner. This close relationship allows us to provide more flexible billing options than going direct to Microsoft.  We offer monthly billing with our standard credit terms on all Office 365 plans.  It’s easy to move your Microsoft Cloud billing to Redinet, our account management team can guide you through the process to streamline how you buy your online Microsoft services.

Migration and Support

Redinet’s project team can fully manage your migration into Office 365 or Azure.   It might only be a few mailboxes that need moving or an entire virtual infrastructure, either way it’s all in the planning to ensure a smooth migration.

Following migration, our Service Desk can fully support and manage the cloud based services for you.  Once integrated into the Service Desk Redinet engineers will be able to manage user accounts, create and roll out new services as well as deliver the instant support that you cannot get from Microsoft directly.
